River City Communications Corporation brings extensive design/build experience to the overall project team. During the 2003 to 2009 time frame, the company designed and built the telecommunications systems for Inderkum High School and H. Allen Height Combination School among others.

Systems designed and installed for these large, modern facilities include structured cable, local area network, Closed Circuit Television, Central Antenna Television, Classroom Audio/Visual, Security, Card Access, clocks and bells, and Telephone. Telephone systems consist of a mix of TDM and VoIP, depending on the facility and functionality of the particular telephone instrument. Over the past ten years, River City Communications Corporation has designed and installed security and telephone systems for nearly all of the Natomas Unified School District schools. The result is that the District enjoys a district-wide telephone system with centralized voice mail, call accounting, and administration, while at the same time the system is fully redundant, and each individual school can function standing alone.

Since its very beginning, River City Communications Corporation has had a relationship with the University of California, Berkeley Campus. The University Village, student housing project was one of many projects conducted for the University. Work at this 582 unit student housing project included structured cabling, closed circuit television, and central antenna television systems.
